Barkodes solutions, featuring high-security technology in both hardware and software, were selected for the Access Control Systems at the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy (ADA) to support its E-Campus System. This initiative enables students, faculty, and staff to utilize all university facilities using a single smart ID card.

Project Scope and Features:
Campus-Wide Access: Within the scope of this project, over 900 smart card readers and panels, along with dozens of turnstiles and barriers, were deployed across all access control points, including classrooms, main entrances, faculty offices, locker rooms, and the library entrance.
Centralized Monitoring: Users access university areas exclusively via their ID cards; all movement data is stored on a central server and can be reported whenever required.
Locker Management: A system comprising a control panel, smart card reader, and smart relay—custom-designed for ADA—was installed in the locker rooms. This configuration allows a single reader to manage 32 locker locks.
Library Integration: Through integration with the Library System, the unauthorized removal of books is prevented. Barcode labels on the books operate in synchronization with the turnstiles; if an attempt is made to remove a book without authorization (check-out), the turnstiles automatically deny passage.Parking Solution: An RFID Solution was selected for the parking system, allowing users to access the university and parking areas with their vehicles using their RFID cards.
